Martina Claussen comes from a background of classical vocal performance (amongst others performing at the Volksoper Vienna, the Musikverein and Konzerthaus Vienna) over the past 10 years Martina Claussen expanded her artistic practice into electronic music composition and performance. As a composer and vocal artist she explores and combines the sounds of the human voice and sound objects with field recordings, analogue and digital electronics.\
She explores the space and the performative action and has over the years steadily developed her own, distinctive style of music.
Ida lundén is a composer and musician, active mainly in chamber music, electronic and improvised music. Over the last few years she has received attention for her imaginative works for sometimes unusual combinations of instruments like viola and potatoes or bass singers and double basses. In recent years staged concerts and performances has been in focus in projects like Orgel, Pygostylia and Ghosting.
Paul Pignon was born and grew up in the UK. Began playing jazz at 15. Studied physics at Oxford. While there in 1961 he made his first forays into non-idiomatic improvisation, abandoned Ph.D research at Oxford in favour of music. He moved to Yugoslavia and co-founded the Radio Belgrade Electronic Studio. 14 years working with the Synthi 100 which was originally custom built for the Studio. Active as composer of chamber, vocal electronic and improvised music there, leading the group Interaction.
@henriettaelisabeth, bildpedagog och konstnär från Stockholm samt studerande på Konstfack. Genom installation undersöks rumslighet och möten mellan material. Ett arbete med garn, golvpapp, akryl och pastellkritor där en dag mitt i vardagen får ta plats mellan verklighet och fantasi.
David Linnros har en bakgrund som saxofonist inom den fria improvisationsmusiken, och läser nu elektroakustisk komposition på Kungliga Musikhögskolan. När han improviserar live använder han gärna kontaktmikrofoner, olika objekt och dator.
Nils B är skogsträdgårds odlare och pianist. Han har studerat för Ludvig Berghe och Terés Löf. Nils subtila solomusik är ofta stillsamma, särpräglade och fria improvisatoriska kompositioner med rötter i anime, jazz och klassiskt. Han arbetar för närvarande med sitt andra album för solo piano.
Thomas Bjelkeborn, sound artist, electronic musician and electroacoustic composer living in Sweden. He is known in contemporary music circles since 1988, primarily established as EAM composer for international festivals, often in the context of residencies at prominent music institutions. In his work, he investigates the relationship between traditional acoustic instruments and it’s electronic extensions, where new physical-digital instruments often are combined with advanced audiovisuals to explore music beyond known horizons.
